Buybyon Avis 

been waiting for my items after ordering november 17th 2024!! initially customer service made contact and advised that even though they had anticipated a before Xmas delivery this likely wouldn't happen. they were for my children but just stocking fillers so I was happy to wait. I chased January and got apologies, chased February and was told the items were due in to them in 2 days and would be sent straight out to me immediately. Great!! Finally!! however now over 2 weeks later still no items!
I've now tried to reply to my original email trail and email just bounces back. have opened a complaint with PayPal. don't trust these, just avoid and take your money to a supplier that deserves it.

I have a problem with BUYBYON I have been without my product for more than 1 month, I have been waiting for a refund for 15 days, according to that in 48 hrs everything was left but we have 96 hrs, where I can communicate because you do not give me an answer

A very poor experience and I'd recommend avoiding them. I basically placed an order with Buybyon on the 7th of January and have never received it. I contacted them through email on the 10th, to which they replied, apologizing and stating that my order was delayed due to the holiday season, and that it would be dispatched the following Monday (the 13th). However this never happened and I've heard nothing since, with it being the 20th at the time of this review, or 10 days later. This is despite me contacting them again as well, through email and through PayPal. I've now had to raise the issue with PayPal to try and get my money back and am awaiting the resolution of that.

So all in all, just a very poor experience. I've paid for goods that I haven't received, and although their customer support initially replied, they've since ignored me and I've just been left in the dark about my order. I therefore can only recommend that others avoid them and use alternative stores, since it seems like they don't actually deliver the products that you pay for.

UPDATE: I never received my goods and Buybyon failed to contact me again, but thankfully I was able to raise a dispute with PayPal and finally got my refund today, on the 31st of January. However, this too was not without some suspicious behavior from the seller, who initiated a refund a couple of days after I escalated my case with PayPal, only to then cancel the refund a few days later, which basically made the transaction appear as 'refunded' when it wasn't. Thankfully PayPal were able to see through this though, and granted me a real refund.

All in all, I just cannot recommend this company at all. I didn't receive the items that I paid for, and it's taken me 4 weeks to get my money back, with me only being able to do so thankfully because of PayPal themselves and their support system and buyer protection, and this is with Buybyon doing some suspicious activity at the same time. I would also be suspicious of their rating here, because although there seems to be some good reviews, I would be skeptical of their authenticity, since for the majority of reviewers it's their first and only review. Based on my experience with the company, it wouldn't surprise me if a lot of these were fake and planted.

After a very bad start with this business and beginning to think I had been scammed the shop owner contacted me directly to explain what had happened with my order. Now all fully rectified and a happy customer.

My son was thrilled, especially since they consistently have plenty of stock. I checked other websites, but they were all sold out of the items he wanted. With positive customer reviews, I trust Buybyon more than other sites, and it’s reassuring to know I can rely on them.
