Car battery arrived damaged
Car battery arrived damaged. We weren't offered a replacement, just a refund. Took them from 21 January to 13th March to get refunded.
I genuinely don't think we would have got the money back if I didn't keep emailing them about it.
We won't use them again.

I have been miss sold a tyre with a…
I have been miss sold a tyre with a delivery of 1 - 2 days on the 20th Feb and it still hasn't arrived!! It is now the 3rd March. This is a massive issue because I can't get to work (loss in earnings) due to not being able to drive my car. Have sent 15 emails and multiple phone calls, but all I have got is 'we are sorry for your inconvenience' no solution or even a light showing me when it will arrive.
Purchase from 'Buy car parts' with caution if you want your parts within a month / promised delivery!
NOT IMPRESSED!!!
Upadate:
I received my tyre on the 4th March and they gave me a £40 credit on my next purchase. Bit nervous to order again if there is a time scale but they eventually resolved the issue. So I have increased my rating to 3*s

My google search for a Canadian model Mazda CX7 car part led to a brilliantly laid out website with clear search input by name or part number. Eventhough the vin number was not accepted (guess because the car is foreign), all the parts I wanted were in stock and the accompanying picture allowed me to be confident that I was ordering parts that can be used on the CX7. Very impressed with the service and buycarparts is now my goto parts dealer.
