I ordered my Florida license plate and vehicle registration through this service, and the experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. The shipment containing my plate and registration was lost by the postal service, something that USPS itself officially confirmed. Despite having written proof that the package was lost, the only response I received from this company was that I had to “keep waiting,” with no concrete solution offered.
