Delayed delivery and moderately responsive support
The monitor I ordered got successfully delivered eventually, which is great, but a couple of days later than originally planned (Monday the week after instead of Monday-Thursday), and support email address has not been very responsive, took many hours or days and sometimes extra pings to get a response. Also, it would have been convenient to have a tracking link in the original email.

Ordered ram on 15th December, still not arrived on 28th December, v , poor communication, poor shipping service, wouldn't use them again, not happy at all.

Avoid, they hate to refund money.
These guys sure don't like to refund money. I'm not sure they ever had the items I bought in stock, offered something less valuable and not suitable, then took 7 or 8 days minimum to refund.
So 12 worrying days in which I'd started researching making a court claim, what used to be called 'small claims court'.
Avoid.
