Highly recommended
I rarely write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to write this review due to the excellent customer service this company provided.
I order five packets of blades for my husband at an excellent price. The product arrived in good time, but there were only 4 packets. I contacted customer service and they refunded the missing packet immediately.
On my experience I would recommend this company.

1 mixer jug with 2 attachment, needs tightly screw circular movments to pre ent leaking
2 different screw on attachments to the same jug leaked and all came out when tried to adjust. Would not reccmmend to purchase .

So was out for delivery on a Friday…
So was out for delivery on a Friday then weirdly it was back at depot had to wait until the following monday. When it came it wasn't what I've ordered it was suppose to be a Dewalt 18v XR combi drill and impact driver with 2 x 2ah batteries and a charger in a case what came was everything but they were 12v not 18v now considering all my tools are 18v and I have a large range of Deaalt tools I know it wasn't me that ordered incorrectly also the box it came in was for kitchen appliances which I thought was strange. Now I'm going to send it back but I'm now really worried given the reviews I'm not going go have a smooth returns process and the customer service is going to be very helpful. I writing this review in hopes I'm going to be incorrect and pleasantly surprised. Steve.
Well after 6 days the surprise was that the customer services is a joke no response to emails sent about returning the product, looking to get a refund but obviously need to send it back before that happens and then I sure I will probably have to wait until next year to get that back if at all at this rate 😡

They sell faulty returned products as…
They sell faulty returned products as "new" and then they fail to adhere with Consumer Rights Act 2015. They refused to provide a valid shipping label and now they're dragging the matter as much as they can in order to avoid providing compensation for a product under warranty.
