This is a review for Buyspares.com
I was a bit worried after reading some bad reviews here, but it all turned out to be OK. The spare element for my old stove arrived to New Zealand in 16 days.
It took them 5 days to process my order (I received an email after my item was dispatched) and then 10 days for delivery. The only small complaint is that the website doesn't give a tracking number. But if you are not in a hurry it all should be ok.

Ordered product, never received the product.
My request for an update was provided by a bot. They referred technical interpretation of customer agreement.
This organisation is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

Paid over £6.00 for next day delivery on sunday 10/09.I waited at home on the mon.and tues.but nothing arrived. It came on wed 13/09. I sent a complaint e mail and their reply just fobbed me off. Iwont use them again.

Ordered a part at 09 of January. Paid for the shipment.
Today it is 4,February and I did not get my part yet.
I wrote to the customer service and get kind of automatic reply. Actually nobody was giving me a real feedback where and when I will finally get my part.
Very disappointed.

Now I am using the site buyspares.com which looks just like buyspares.com.uk and all the other ones. I ordered a part for my Dyson upright and have no idea why it has not shipped yet. They took my money right after I placed the order. I have sent email after email asking for an update and get just the standard "we are working on it". The order as of right now is still "processing". I did have another review that I accidentally deleted and got the exact same reply from buyspares everybody else has gotten here. I personally think this is a scam site and since it's under 30 dollars and would cost me more to fight it that than it is worth, I have been had. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUYER unless you want your money to be stolen. Maybe they are ok for the UK market, but for the US market they have no customer service, no phone number, no nothing. 100% scam site. Only a miracle can get me my part or my money back.

UPDATE 02/06/2023 Well I got an email that after ordering 3 weeks ago my part finally shipped. I got no clue how long it will take since I do not have a tracking number, but if I get anything in the mail, I will let you all know.

UPDATE 02/17/2023 Well still no part even though it shipped 2 weeks ago. However today I got an email for a customer review and it takes you to spareparts.com.uk. This is a total scam site and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

UPDATE 02/21/2023 Well I am shocked! I actually got the part today. I can't believe it showed up. I still will not do business with this site again, but at least I did not get ripped off.

You order a $100 part. They start by not giving you a tracking number. The shipment goes missing. Buyspares.com don't have a customer service number you can call. They won't respond to your emails.

More than happy with this companies response. Have used them before and will definitely use them again.

Second time using espares. Both times I've found the item I was looking for easily on their website. Paid a little extra to have the part delivered the next day by ordering before 9pm. A lot of items they sell have links to helpful videos with instructions on how to replace the parts you buy.

Didn't have the item even though I paid but rather than not telling me, they just went silent. Hard to get hold of too. Shame as they have been good previously and do good videos! Cancellation seems a bit difficult too. Ended up buying it cheaper on eBay!
It actually arrived a month later so I had to send it back - return was fairly easy to be fair! Think I was just a bit unlucky this time as generally a decent company!

This is a brilliant site with amazing customer service. I ordered parts for my freezer. It is easy to negotiate the site and when a mistake was made ( by myself ) their customer service team went above and beyond to help.
They have an amazing stock of parts for an infinite number of products.
The service is fast and efficient.
Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous site easy for a novice to find what they need. I was looking for a replacement washing machine handle and although not a main line make they had it in stock. Price a lot cheaper than manufacturer's site and postage very reasonable. Delivered when they said it would be securely packaged. Excellent all round will definitely be using them for any future needs.

Our 18 year old Hotpoint washing machine stopped washing and spinning. Before spending several hundred pounds on a replacement we checked out espares and following their easy to watch videos, bought some replacement carbon brushes for about £20.00 Inc. postage and after a couple of hours we got it working again! Web site and tutorials are some of the best we have come across. Pity Hotpoint couldn't take a leaf out of their book!

I wasn't 100% certain that the part I needed was what they had.
I asked and got a very fast reply.
I ordered and got a very fast delivery.
I fitted it and all is now well.
Price for the same part was the same as the manufacturer but the postage was cheaper.
So, I'm happy.

As it was advertised. Price good delivered on time an progress of delivery advised by text. If needed would have no hesitation of using them again.

Hard to fault eSpares. Very good communication. No argument replacement if a part fails I’ve purchased several parts from them in the last few years and even during the pandemic customer service was exceptional.

eSpares used to be a good company, not anymore.
They have become big and disorganised, and they do not care about individual customers.
I have found cheaper and better companies now, like buyspares.co.uk, ransomspares.co.uk etc.
I have paid for standard postage, two weeks later, still no sign of my spare part. Their customer service is appaling and you have to wait for 10 days after the date it was dispatched before you can claim for replacement or refund, all this time while my laundry is piling up.
I would never use them again and I will buy my spares from another supplier in the future

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IN THE USA.

Bought a vacuum part from this company from the US before I realized they were UK based. They were advertising in the USA without any notification they were UK based. Part they recommended on the web was the wrong part for my machine. They do not have a return process from the USA. Very inconvenient and they should not be selling in the US.

I recently put a review for eSpares on trustpilot which was positive but forgot to use the star rating ,it was left at one when it should have be five.their website was very helpful and I able to get the part I was looking for I would use them again

Needing a part for a microwave, found this company. Gave them a try and cannot fault the service. Genuine parts stocked and quick delivery in secure packaging. Will certainly be using them again.
