Don't buy off this crowd. They are UK Based and you get screwed on VAT and Custom charges when the part hits Irish shores. I paid €40 for a part and then charged another €14 before it was delivered. It's cheaper to buy it or order it locally in Ireland.

Ordered part and said delivery 5 days and no record of order after 8 days
Surprised this company is so bad being owned by screwfix , have to start a refund dispute

Ordered a part for my coffee machine end of December still have not received it .I got in touch with customer services and told to wait 10 days then lodge a lost in transit note .Will not use this company ever.

Item delivered was the incorrect one. No customer service. Refund page is not working. No answer from on site contact message page.

Not great to be honest. No real customer service support.

Ordered a freeze drawer door and it arrived smashed to pieces. No wrapping or protection whatsoever, just placed in a plastic bag and then into a light box.

Not able to get hold of anyone from the company to arrange a replacement or return.

Ordered a latch mechanism for Beko washing machine on Wednesday, delivered the following Tuesday. Standard delivery. Installed it and have my washing machine working again. Can't complain with that.

The part I ordered at The Start of March hadn't arrived by April so I contacted company.They refunded me immediately plus plus. Although a week later the part arrived and I contacted customer service to repay and thank them .
Response was please keep part and thank you for payment offer but accept from us as Courtesy for late delivery.
A++++ company to deal with and will deal again in the future. Btw part was perfect for the fridge including easy fitment instructions

Ordered a spare part fir my washing machine on Monday. Recieved it Thursday...I did pay for express delivery but needed my washing machine ASAP.
Part was as requested..my partner watched a youtube step by step video explaining exactly how to replace the part. On my second load of washing...music to my eard. Thank you buyspares.ie...dont realy care where youre delivering from as log as its delivered and works.

Ordered part for Hisense dishwasher had no confirmation email and no parts delivered. A total scam avoid, i read a couple of reviews on trust pilot which seemed okay. I have since read other awful reviews. They have taken payment but i have received nothing in return Avoid would give no stars if i could

I bought 2 pieces for my fridge from buy-spares.ie with normal shipping.
It’s supposed arrived in 7 days max, I received after 9 days (with 1 bank holiday), it’s perfectly normal and came from England, not Ireland.
Arrived exactly what I want.
If I need again, I will use the same website.

Paid for express delivery, received a completely different item to what I'd ordered. Emailed numerous times and not a word back from them. Absolute scam artists, not a real company clearly

Customer care extremely user unfriendly, delivery company being used absolutely awful. Avoid! Avoid Avoid!

Absolute shambles of a company. Just don't buy anything from this lot. Too many issues to put here.

I ordered a drain pump for Beko washing machine on sunday,paid express delivery and had it at 7am wednesday.Didn't pay any taxes or anything extra upon delivery.
Part cost 50euros.
Would use this company again no issues there.

Website was very easy to find parts using serial number. Order placed very smooth. Seemed too smooth and I panicked and then came here. After seeing all the comments I assumed I was scammed. But parts arrived 4 days later. Straight to the house. Only issue I have with the whole order was that I did not receive a confirmation email that my order was placed.

I had a bad day, nothing went right on the job and it culminated when I broke a drawer on a fridge I was installing. In a hurry to order a replacement I ordered a top drawer from Buy-Spares.ie only to almost immediately realise I in fact needed a bottom drawer. It was a Friday evening and I immediately went to the website to contact them to cancel the order - no number or email was apparent.

Then I came to Trustpilot only to read so many poor reviews about customer service and also the fact it’s a .ie domain but actually a UK company so be prepared for customs charges!!

Could my day get any worse?? Now I’m down two drawers and have customs charges facing me.

Well I used the online form on the site to cancel the order. Got an email the following week to confirm the order had dispatched but that they would a) refund the full order (delivery incl) and b) I didn’t have to refund the item. Not only that but the item arrived two days later with no customs charges.

TL:DR. Didn’t pay customs charges to Ireland and also got full refund without having to return the item.

Paid a whopping €11.99 for "express 1-2 day delivery, which turned out to be 10 days later. Customer service was absolutely dismal when trying to get replies / responses. Still waiting on a reply to my request for a refund for the delivery which was sent 8 days ago!!! Very poor to say the least.

I ordered the wrong part and have tried contacting the company numerous times to no avail. Absolutely shocking customer service

Waiting a month and still waiting for a ovendoor seal. Got the confirmation email and then the dispatch email and nothing more. Sent two messages and never got any response from them. I now have sent a email to fastways to see if they received my package.
Rip off totally. If in ireland please do not buy from them. I'm out €30 and first time I ever had this problem from multiple other companies.

If anyone who bought from Ireland has been hit with customs and VAT as I was I would suggest a complaint to the parent company Kingfisher. I did and received a refund of both a year or so ago. I see that they are still catching people out with their Irish domain address. A real con job.
