I made an order for $149 February 18, 2026 and I am still waiting as of April 18, 2026 for this order. I have attempted to email twice but emails never seem to go through. I wonder if it's a bogus company. Tracking my order is in China somewhere. Can't seem to contact anyone about this.

I purchased this product and it says full refund in 30 days. Well I tried it, got hives the very next day. Sent a message about these results, asked for a refund (full) and of course have heard nothing. I would love to send a picture so people can see how bad it is. I had to go to a doctor today for steroids. DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Was told it’s not possible to make any changes. I had to wait almost two months-!!!-, for shipment. Except, I NEVER received my order! Company is not responding to my inquiries.
I’m out $169. Another scam. Very disappointed!

Ana was a great communicator and helped me pause my subscription. While I am super pleased with the wrap and enjoy the scented castor oil, I want to use the product for an extended period of time before I pay for any more product.

First of all I love the cotton wrap, it's awesome, even without using the heatpack pouch yet it's great; however, I would've given three stars if it were not for the above and beyond service from your customer care agent, Mitch. Above and beyond the attention and the options that he provided, the way in which Mitch responded was courteous and elegant, he proved that Tavio has the health of its customers at heart, that they are not just another number. It is in this light that I felt inspired to take the time to point out that Tavio would do much better if it were to - if at all possible - provide better rates for their castor oil supplements, befitting the market price in Australia, which even an equivalent amount here is almost one-third the cost. I have forwarded some examples to Mitch for your management to consider, I hope these are worth their consideration; if it were not for Mitch's exceptional customer care and professionality, I would have given a 3 star rating, it is the fact that Mitch took the time to tailor a personalised email instead of a mere stock-standard-template, and the human heart in his expression that inspired me to maintain faith in Tavio's future in the first place, else I would not have taken the time to write this review. I sincerely hope that Mitch reveives the due recognition he deserves as an outstanding asset to Tavio and its image as a company that cares about corporate social responsibility, and I hope that if it is possible you will be able to find a way to match the castor oil prices as I think that your company is providing a great product that deserves the ongoing subscriptions. Mitch certainly makes the impression, besides all this, that Tavio has the potential to build a genuine sense of community through its business. I wish you all the very best, one and all. The order I received was not what I thought. They worked with me and offered me different solutions but I expressed that I wanted a refund and it was taken care of quickly. I appreciated that it was taken care of with great concern for customer satisfaction and without stress.
