Very poor service
Very poor service. I ordered google Pixel for the amount of AED 3599 and later after two days they said I have to AED 4200 because of the high demand. Don't waste your time with these kind people.

My new weed eater only lasted one week
My new weed eater only lasted one week. The smoke came out the motor. I have never seen anything like it. I was glad my lawn did not catch on fire. Sent an email to the company but no response so far. Very poor customer service. Very expensive tool. I need to find the online review that gave it 5 stars rating and to see if this company is legitimate.

Buyers Remorse
Sent me very cheaply made headphones. Requested to return them. Only got a reply that I would have to return them to China. Requested RMA. now no reply after multiple email requests. Basically just list 135.00. Headphones are not ANC as advertised

25% refund scam
A site that provides substandard products at a high cost and then offers only 25% refund. An obvious scam where they get rich off the backs of others, they should be band by the credit card companies that so far allow them to trade.

The Astro 3C does not work on carpet
The Astro 3C does not work on carpet. The Buy Tech 100% guarantee is a sham. To return it you have to post it to China and there is a 15% restocking fee. It is a cheap machine selling at a high price, avoid.

Astro C3????
Astro C3 bought. No idea what the inferior product that was supplied is. Am now trying to chase up a refund. So far no reply. Looked up in TrustPilot and there are numerous bad reviews. May have to try chargeback.

Scam company - inferior goods - no method to return
I wrote a review two weeks ago about the Astro c3 Robot Vacuum stating I thought this was a scam company. It definitely is. My credit card company has refunded me via their chargeback process and they will pursue Buy Tech. It was only when I advised them my credit card company was dealing with it did they respond. First offering 25% refund, then 40% and now 70% and asking me to return it to China! I have advised them I will not enter into any further correspondence and they need to deal with my credit card company.
