Cheap prices, but not as advertised
Cheap prices, but not as advertised. I paid for a month of gamepass ultimate, but was sent 2x 14 day trial codes. So I have to put in 1 code then wait 14 days before using the second code, this was not stated before purchase.

I am sorry for any confusion. It is stated on the listing that the codes do not stack and that they are 14 day codes. I have tried to make this as clear as possible. If you are not satisfied and you have not redeemed the codes then please get in touch and I will be more than happy to refund you.

Sold me 12 months of unlimited game pass ,, 12 x 1 month special deals came in 2 codes ,,, 24 codes in all ,,, I’ve used 2 codes and rear are saying for NEW Customers ,,, and stated in add it’s for existing customers as well ,,, I’ve email my issues but NO REPLY,,,,,

The codes are for existing customers but they do not stack. That means you need to apply them every 14 days or you will get a "New user only" error. Apply the code when your current membership expires and it will work.
It does clearly state in the description that 1 Month comes as 2 x 14 Day codes and that they do not stack. Im sorry for any confusion.

Awful experience. The code I purchased didn't work and then when contacting support, they decided to play dumb and stopped communicating. Avoid!

The code you purchased does not stack as it says in the description. That is the only reason your second code did not work. You need to redeem it in 14 days. sorry for any confusion.

*UPDATED TO 5 STARS* i have left my original review as i feel it is important for the context of what follows.
Bought a 1 month, Xbox Game Pass subscription from them and got an email with 2 x 14 day trial codes.
The website clearly states the CODE works (not codes) on new and existing accounts. this is not the case.
Code 1: wont let me redeem it as i dont have a new account.
Code 2: says its already been redeemed.
Not only are they selling a 1 month sub under false pretences the 2nd code wont even work which would be 2 weeks after purchase.
AVOID at all costs

Owner of the business contacted me by email to try and sort this out (roughly 3 weeks after purchase) he had seen my review and my support ticket and took it upon himself to try and sort my issue out, i had submitted a support request with them but didn't get any meaningful reply initially, apparently they guy who was doing the codes no longer works there, the owner sent me a new SINGLE code for xbox live 1 month, which i can confirm works.
I think its very important that when things go wrong a company and or person does what they can to address them, they could have left it but the guy went the extra mile to get in touch with me and sort it out for the small amount of money it was worth, shows he takes pride in his business and that's alright in my book. i will order codes from this company in the future without reservation.
