I have used Byard Electrical & Renewables Ltd on two occasions in the last few weeks and have been very happy with the quotation, communication and quality of the works carried out on my property.

Ben is a very experienced and fully qualified Electrician and he provided good advice throughout the process, to ensure my upgrades complied with the latest regulations and safety standards. On completion of the works (New Consumer unit, new earth rod install, new sockets and replacement of light fittings) I was sent an Electrical Installation Certificate covering the work carried out and a sign off from the local authority building control (These are very important documents for future needs).

I would not hesitate to use Ben again in the future and he is highly recommended if you want the job done correctly, first time, on time and as per the agreed quotation.

We had a problem with our solar panel system and the company who installed it had gone bust. We didn't know who to turn to but Byards came to our rescue. They diagnosed the fault in the system and carried out the necessary repairs. They were very knowledgeable and clearly explained what the fault was and how to manage the system in the future. We would highly recommend them.

I've used Byard Electrical & Renewables over several years, from adding an electrical supply to my summer house, to a new fuse box and several things in between. They are on time, friendly and clear up after themselves. Most importantly, the work is to the highest standard and I trust them greatly to do the best job for me.

Ben replaced a 30 year old 5 foot fluorescent light fitting with a neat LED one, skillfully overcoming several problems after he removed the old one. I was politely kept informed throughout the whole job so felt comfortable and included in the process. All work was carried out on time and priced exactly as quoted and agreed. Thank you Ben it was a pleasure to meet you and you will be the first person I will call if I need any electrical work in the future.

Ben worked quickly and seemed very capable. He did lots more than we expected in one day and stayed late to finish the job in spite of having to deal with unexpected problems with the existing wiring. Would recommend him.

Not realising I needed to arrange my own electrician for some work I was having completed at home, I called Ben on the off chance as he is local to me and I’d seen his van around. Ben had a mammoth task with our kitchen refit and despite the changing of the goal posts on numerous occasions he was accommodating, flexible and dedicated to getting the exact end result we wanted. I will be using Ben for all our further requirements as finding someone like Ben who is as efficient, prompt and doesn't charge the earth is a rarity these days.
