I was called 30 mins before delivery, we had an aluminum pergola put up! The guys were very professional, friendly, polite and very precise. They cleared everything when finished. Excellent job

I am very happy as I live on the 3rd floor and the guys brought up my 3 heavy boxes which was my double bed. They did not have to but thankfully they brought them up I could not be happier with the service.

The two delivery men where extremely friendly and went above and beyond with my order. They carried the very heavy items to my back garden. They called 30mins before and arrived on time.

My first email accepting delivery was not picked up. 2nd email was acted on and delivery was on on time. However the packaging was damaged and there was a dint in the aluminium furniture

Hi Sandra, Apologies that you were dissatisfied with your delivery. When we first emailed/text you on 25.06 the number that was put onto our system was incorrect and there was no reply confirming the delivery slot via email. It wasn't until a few days later when we finally received your correct number from the client (29.06). We text/emailed you again on 29.06 with a new date of delivery on 01.07 which you accepted and was delivered. To discuss the item that had a dent could you please call me on 01536 660221. The men who came to put up my pergola were lovely. Friendly, helpful and very efficient at building the pergola. It took them no time at all and they were happy for me to return to work and kept in contact by phone.
