The delivery time changed three times. Originally scheduled for 5-8pm, which was accepted. The day before delivery it changed to 3-6pm, which resulted in us having to organise time off work at short notice to be at home. On the day of the delivery it changed again in the morning (10:30am) to 11-2pm. This created unnecessary stress to get additional time off work to be there for the delivery at 12pm. It isn't reasonable to ask customers to accept a delivery slot and then change it twice (one on the day of delivery) to ensure someone is at home.

The delivery guys called beforehand, arrived in the time slot given, were very polite and mist importantly, happily carried an extremely heavy (75kg) chest of drawers to the first floor. Happy with the service!

Communication was simple and precise. Just the job!

The mattress seems to be very firm which we wanted but haven’t tried it yet as only just been delivered. Delivery men were very nice and when they saw we were incapacitated and not able to do much they moved furniture and things to get mattress through to bedroom and took previous one off the bed and put new one on and placed other mattress ready for collection in a few days as it was from a different company. Very polite very helpful no complaints. Will post later in week to say what mattress is like.
