Like a person wrote before the website gave the impression that you are ordering from a European fashion brand, but the parcel definitely came from China.
The quality of the t-shirts is okay but they have neither the brand name nor size or any kind of label.
In addition, you are told that the order is an individual print that is extra checked before the package is sent to you but the actual quality of the print is not very good.

Unfortunately, my experience with By Someone’s Diary was extremely disappointing.

My order took around a month to arrive. The website gave me the impression that I was ordering from a European fashion brand, but the parcel ultimately came from China. When it finally arrived, I was also very disappointed with the quality of the item compared with what I felt had been presented online.

What made the whole experience particularly frustrating was dealing with the issue afterwards. After weeks of waiting and then receiving a product I was unhappy with, I eventually opened a case through PayPal.

Thankfully, PayPal Buyer Protection stepped in and I was able to get my money back. Without PayPal, I would have felt very uncomfortable about how this purchase ended.

Based on my personal experience, I would not order from this shop again. I’d strongly recommend paying with a method that offers proper buyer protection.

Never buy from them. It’s a scam. I ordered a shirt and it never arrived. Worst experience ever.

Don‘t buy here. This is a China product and not as fancy as promoted. The website said that the shirt will arrive within 3 days while I was waiting for almost 3 weeks. Packaging is cheap, quality is cheap, customer support is confusing (makes sense though given the fact that they are promoting something as high quality while it‘s actually low quality)!

I was a little skeptical when I first placed my order, mainly because the delivery took quite a while. The three T-shirts I ordered also arrived in two separate packages.

The packaging wasn’t particularly impressive. One of the T-shirts was basically crumpled up in the bag. I received the other two about a week later — one of them was nicely packaged, while the other was, like the first one, quite wrinkled and crumpled in the bag.

However, once I tried them on, I was pleasantly surprised. They fit really well, which is a huge plus!

Two of the T-shirts have the exact same fit and material, while the third one is noticeably different in terms of fit, material, and thickness. It still fits well, but I would have preferred it to have the same fit and feel as the other two.

Considering the price, there’s not much to complain about regarding the prints on the T-shirts. However, one of the prints is noticeably blurry, almost like text displayed on a low-quality screen. That was a little disappointing.

Despite these small bumps along the way, I’m still very satisfied with my purchase, which is why I’m giving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. The T-shirts fit great, really comfortable and overall I think they offer good value for the price.

I’ll probably shop here again, and hopefully the three identical T-shirts I order next time will actually be identical in both fit and material.

Would give 0 if I could. Rely tracking says item is at store and I have been to local shop yet I’ve been twice and no one there has it. Tracking via them says it’s 2 days away. The messages are all very confusing. I would never ever order again.

The delivery took longer than expected. But this isn’t a problem, it can happen. The worst was the quality of the T-shirts … I took an XL (it should be oversized) and the size is too small for an oversized T-shirt, plus the quality of the T-shirts is bad. The writing is just glued on and not brodered in the T-shirt. It’s simply a plain white t-shirt with a sticker on it, horrible.

I ordered a shirt that unfortunately turned out to be too small. The seller told me I could return it for free, but when I tried to arrange the return through the link they provided, I was asked to pay €16 for the return shipping. I contacted the seller about this, but they stopped responding to my messages and the return label eventually expired.

I was also quite disappointed with the quality. The shirt feels like it’s made from very cheap, thin material, especially considering the price. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this seller.
