Your negative experience is unfortunate, however, our acceptable use policies are clearly presented on our website and we strictly enforce them to ensure we are running an ethical proxy network which protects our partners and other websites on the internet.
In this specific case, the website you were trying to access was a US Goverment Visa Application site. We block all goverment websites by default as they present a very high risk of potential for abuse and fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to our policies and on opening your ticket, you were offered a full refund and cancellation which was quickly processed.
