Very pale earrings.
I was delighted to receive my order within a few days of it being placed. However, my earrings are very pale and more like rose quartz than Austrian crystal, but I sill like them.

The jewellery is beautiful. It seems to be quite minimalist and light so I am unsure how long it will last but willing to take the risk.
Customer service is very good I received an answer the day after my email.
I am taking off 2 stars because there was no tracking option for delivery and because I had to pay extra customs charge.

Thank you for your review. Please note that the studs are all top quality Swarovski Crystal on Sterling Silver, please don't worry they will last forever! Again we regret the customs charges outside of the Uk now, sadly this is completely beyond our control. Thank you for your order.
Gorgeous Byzantium Jewellery
I had bought some beautiful Byzantium pearl earrings in a gift shop, but they didn't have a matching necklace. While searching online, I came across the Byzantium Collection and found a necklace that matched perfectly. The process of ordering was really easy, delivery was free and I received it the following day. I was amazed that the necklace arrived so quickly and was of such good quality. I will definitely be buying from them again.

thank you for your lovely review, apologies for the delay in delivery, there have been some problems with Royal Mail mostly due to the strikes! Glad they arrived eventually!
