I contacted CAMS via the online form following a nonfault accident in February. The following morning I was contacted by Chris who then handled my case throughout the entire process. Chris was thorough and compassionate throughout, ensuring my many questions were answered promptly. I now have a brand new bike and helmet thanks to CAMS and Chris. They also ensured my upgraded parts on my written off bike were replaced. I can't thank this company enough. Highly recommended. The personal injury element of my claim is still ongoing but Bond Turner are making this a breeze also.

I got knocked off my bike by a car which was not my fault. My carbon bike was in a very bad way and I didn't have my own insurance. Luckily I had CCTV footage of the incident and contacted CAMS who were quick to say they would take my case. I got my bike sorted speedily (brand new replacement), got physio and doctors appointments for my injuries and received compensation for the injuries I sustained. The case is still going through the legal channels but CAMS have fronted most of the money so far. Brilliant experience overall, have recommended to several cycling pals since.

I used CAM’s after being hit by a car, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ll admit, I was a little sceptical at first (for no particular reason), but the process was effortless. Today, I collected my fully rebuilt bike from the shop, it feels like new bike day, but it hasn’t cost me anything. Huge thanks to CAM’s for making a stressful situation so easy!

CAMS was recommended to me after a road accident in Belgium. I said this at the start of a long phone call. Subsequent information was requested. The next day I was texted to say that the case wouldn’t be taken on as it happened outside the UK! This should be apparent on flyers and website. Why I wasn’t told that at the start of the phone call, I cannot imagine.
We’ve used Cams for a few years now, wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!
CAMS are amazing had me on a replacement bike within 3 weeks and this was not a cheap over 6k. You don't need to wait for you insurance claim to payout they will sort it all before hand. I highly recommend CAMS.

Used cams after a crash, they were on the ball and sorted me out very quickly. Special thanks to Bibby for the extra help, bike was sorted shortly after and final settlement sorted in under 8 months. Amazing company would highly recommend.

A very quick, efficient and smooth process from start to finish. My bike was written off and replaced in a couple of weeks despite it being a top end machine. CAMS liaised direct with myself and the local bike shop to arrange everything, very impressed and well recommended.
