Terrible service!
If they offered zero, that's what they would get. I've used Attitude products for years but always ordered them from Amazon. When I went to order my favorite shampoo, Amazon was out of stock, so I went directly to the source. Bad decision on my part! I placed an order that was about $89. My order didn't come, and didn't come, and didn't come. After asking where it was and communicating with a terribly slow customer support, I was finally given a ship date. It didn't come and didn't come! So, fast forward about a month later and my package finally arrives and it's missing all 3 deodorants! So I once again go to Customer Support where you can only submit a form and hope someone gets back to you. Well, they never did - after I submitted 2 forms. I just saw that they sent me a refund for my deodorants. Attitude makes great products but if you live in the States, NEVER order directly from this Canadian company.
