Not enough dosage options
Not enough options available for my prescription doses. I take extended release propranolol- 80 mg was not an option. Also the price of duloxetine was prohibitive.

Beware of expiration date

Our fulfillment team regularly audits the expiration dates of our products and disposes of older medicine, though it looks like a couple of bottles snuck through in this case. We are more than happy to refund or replace these items for you. Please support FSA cards and controlled substances
Please support FSA cards and please add controlled substances to the offered prescriptions list. Those are the only things keeping me from fully diving in and replacing all of my medication with Cabinet bottles.

Hi Kaleb! Thank you for this feedback! While we are not able to directly accept HSA or FSA cards as payment at this time, many customers have been able to get a reimbursement from their fund with an itemized receipt (though this is dependent on the fund's policies). We've added the ability to generate a receipt directly from your account portal. Simply login to your My Cabinet account then select Orders from the left-hand menu. This will show each of your orders. Directly below the large button that says Track Now you will see a hyperlink that says Print Receipt.
We've had a lot of folks interested in whether we are able to fill prescriptions for controlled substances. I'm sorry to say due to limitations regarding shipping controlled substances across state lines we are unable to fulfill DEA-scheduled drugs. We hope this can change in the near future!

Great customer service
When I reached out to customer service because my package never arrived, they sorted it out right away and even sent a replacement. I think technically the mistake was on my end, but I'm glad I'm not out the money.
