You are getting average cabinets for an average price, not great cabinets for a good price. If you keep that in mind, things will be "ok."

The final products were solid, seemingly well constructed, but the finish was sub-par. You will use your touch up kit, and likely a lot.

My cabinets arrived totally announced, the website even indicated they were still 'in production,' when they apparently had been completed, picked up by shipping, traveled cross country and were now at my doorstep. On the plus side, it only took about 4 weeks. On the minus side, I had a flight to catch in two hours.

There was a color match problem with two of my doors. The correction was quick and easy via an on line claim form which was approved in 24 hours and my new door arrived in about two weeks. That part of customer service was excellent. However, I was advised to order crown riser molding which was way oversized and entirely unusable. Additionally, I was advised to purchase scribe molding even though I was using complete decorative door panels on all ends which negated the use of the scribe molding. When I questioned the charge for both of these items (again, their advice), I was told all purchases final. I still have the completely unused products.

So there you have it. Everything balances out to a nice fat AVERAGE. I will shop elsewhere next time.

Poorly made cabinet! All staples and messy glue job. Because I got it unstained I'm seeing all the poor workmanship. Shipping cost almost as much as the single cabinet I bought. Only good thing is at least it's not made of particle board. Have a kitchen cabinet replacement coming up; guess who is WON'T be using!!

I was disappointed with my purchase from Cabinets.com because the drawer space was much smaller than expected. The product information did not make this limitation clear, and I was not adequately informed before ordering. While the cabinets themselves are decent, the lack of usable drawer storage has been frustrating and has impacted the functionality of my kitchen. I believe customers would benefit from clearer information about the actual drawer dimensions and storage capacity before making a purchase.

Not worth the money. Poorly crafted. Purchase 2 separate and successful kitchen projects. This last 3rd project has been a disaster. No longer quality and customer service is terrible. My prior drawers were seamlessly attached as per website but now they’ve added ugly screws (not disclosed on website) and they don’t attach level or aligned. Drawers look like a carnival house and paint has all kinds of flaws. Company not taking any responsibility. Cabinets are garbage. You would have better quality and cheaper price tag from Home Depot.
