Just had Gavin and Oscar install my new log cabin, they did a great job on the base and cabin build, were always well mannered and friendly. The overall end to end experience was good with the cabin being supplied and finished within the estimated timeframe even in these recently difficult times. Would happily recommend Cabins unlimited to my friends and colleagues.

Cabins Unlimited have been excellent throughout the process of buying our Shepherd’s Hut.
Melody especially has been brilliant, talking me through ordering the shepherds hut along with the installation, internal cladding and insulation.
Marc and Bert were great, they worked so hard on the installation. They were enthusiastic and obviously loved the products they assemble.
There were a few set backs, mainly due to the manufacturer not sending all of the cladding and subsequent delays in delivering the rest of the materials, which is understandable given the current situation/shortage of materials. Melody kept us informed of progress and always responded promptly to our messages.
It has been quite a long process but Melody, Marc and Bert were a pleasure to deal with. Now it’s completed and we’re looking forward to having many years of enjoyment from our shepherds hut.

Delighted with the service, efficiency, and tidiness of Gavin, Lewk, and Peter. The construction and finish is everything we could have wished for. Thanks too, Melody, of the sales staff, for your patience and professionalism.

We have just had a log cabin with shed built and the guys Gavin and Oscar did a great job putting it together. Really pleased with the cabin.

We had our Lasita Carlisle cabin installed on Monday 9th August by Cabins Unlimited installation Team.
A first class service by Ian and Lewis who were a pleasure to deal with, who were friendly, professional,
and did a quality job from start to finish .From ordering, delivery and installation and supply of paint finishes nothing was too much trouble.

Great Cabin and Service. I am really happy with it.
Some delays after ordering, relating to manufacture, but I think that is currently fairly standard (everyone wants one) and is beyond CU's control.

Everyone at CU was really helpful, and the guys who installed it (Marc and Bert) worked above and beyond the call of duty in the hottest two days of the year.

With hindsight, I think I would have chosen to have the cabin dip treated before delivery. I have just painted it myself, and it is really difficult to get into all the "nooks and crannies"

Callie in the office was very knowledgeable and so helpful from the first meeting.
Luke, Gavin and Oscar worked so hard in the hottest days of the year and they didnt stop and were so organised and proficient and we love our Lasita Sussex.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Melody in the office, Peter the delivery guy and Mark who organised the construction, were all very professional and courteous.
We now have a fantastic man-cave/beach shack, next to our hot tub, ready for this years staycation.

A great experience from start to finish. When it came to the installation, Ian and Lewis were superb in every aspect. We were delighted with their workmanship, friendly manner, professionalism and attention to detail. Excellent!

Very good quality log cabin received and both fitters and office staff spoke to friendly and helpful and arrived few weeks before lead time quoted which was bonus.

Very efficient and personable service by Gavin and Oscar. Got on with the job despite the changeable weather and were very polite.

After they left I noticed a problem and Cabins Unlimited sent out Peter to sort the problem. It was sorted quickly and perfectly with no fuss.

Things happen sometimes but few companies rectify issues without fuss… thank you Cabins Unlimited, great cabin and we will be returning to buy from you again.

We are really delighted with our new 'Portsmouth' cabin which was installed by Lewis and Luke (Cabins Unlimited) this week. They were extremely efficient and a pleasure to have install our cabin, which looks great. They both did such a good job and the cabin is beautiful. We ordered a Lasita Hampshire Log Cabin at the Downham Market centre from the most helpful and informative salesperson, Callie Houghton. The cabin was delivered from stock by arrangement within the 3 weeks agreed time. Gavin & Oscar completed a speedy and efficient installation, leaving the garden clean and tidy. Two nice guys! We love our new cabin, now finished in grey and white with black hexagonal shingle tiles. Highly recommend the whole experience.

In anticipation of Brexit/Covid delays, we ordered our Palmako Ines 1 in January. The delays ended up being much longer than we expected, nearly 6 months later we do have our new summerhouse installed and are delighted with it. I was tempted to make this a 4 star review, for some poor communication about delivery dates. However, I am a little sympathetic to this, because I suspect there were a huge number of deliveries delayed and staying on top of communication must have been a monumental challenge. The ordering process easy, Gavin was my contact and answered all of my questions and special requests. Once we got close to delivery Natalie supported us in with scheduling the installation. Lewis and Rob came to install the day after the building was delivered and were expertly and efficiently done the next day with a very tidy garden. Brilliant service!
I would highly recommend Cabins Unlimited for their overall service and the Ines 1 for its quality and design.

Went to cabins unlimited downham market just have a look was met by Callie who even having only working there for couple of weeks was helpful and informative , if she couldn’t answer any thing she made sure she found out and came back to us the very moment she knew . From the moment we purchased the Sussex 1 we had great service . The two guys who installed the cabin (Luke & Ian) were very efficient and polite . Would certainly recommend this company to anybody without question . Well done

Jubilee log cabin
This week we have had a jubilee log cabin installed. To say we are thrilled with it would be an understatement. The whole process, from demolishing two old summer houses and three old sheds in our garden, to erecting out new cabin, has been deslt with by everyone at cabins unlimited with efficiency and courtesy.
