Our experience was so bad that I felt like the entire company was an intentional scam to bilk people. They took 3 times longer than any other moving company we've ever hired. Damaged our items, did not stack them nicely, did not take the boxes to their labelled rooms. We ended up having to rent a uhaul (which I booked mid move with these guys because it was clear by hour 10 that there was no way they would finish and I wasn't paying for a second trip). They worked very very slowly, we're on their phones almost the entire time, I paid for as much standing around as I did moving. This was triple the price and triple the time I've ever paid any movers and this is the least amount of furniture we've had in years as we have downsized. They charged me extra for heavy items that they didn't even move and I ended up taking in a uhaul. And told me they would not unload, essentially keeping literally all of my family's possessions, unless I paid in full in advance. Literally the worst moving experience of my life.

I moved my small flower storage in Toronto, and the guys did an excellent job! They assembled and disassembled all the cabinets. Highly recommended!

We ordered their moving service to relocate our belongings from our apartment to our house, and we were completely satisfied. The job was completed as quickly as possible and with great care. Cactus Moving is the best residential moving company in Calgary! We moved with them several times: first from a townhouse to a condo, then from that condo to a detached home and finally again earlier this year. We had smaller moves and larger moves with them. The crew is extremely professional, and the movers are very strong and efficient. I fully recommend this company, this is the only company we would use - you will not be disappointed.

Cactus Moving made it so easy to get two massive vintage sofas in an out of my apartment. There were lots of tight corners and no elevator in sight but they made it look easy! The team was so positive even though it was definitely a tough job. And they left me a little gift of a real cactus at the end!
The booking process was also super simple. The team was very attentive to all the requirements I had for the delivery.
Will absolutely be call Cactus again in the future!
