Caden Lane is one of the places to buy baby clothes. I have made a mistake twice in ordering . I sent and email and the response time was amazing!! I am also a big fan of businesses like Caden Lane! The quality of clothing is top notch! I can’t say enough good things about Caden Lane💕🤩

First and foremost Customer service is top notch to help with order and right a mistake on my part, fast processing and shipping experience, DIL received labor gown and matching baby knot gown very quickly and Is in love with them I have already ordered another gown for baby in different color So very very happy I found Caden lane for our first grand babies clothes and gifts so very happy with quality and service

I accidentally placed an order for the wrong size and emailed and heard back within ~15 minutes and the issue was resolved and my order updated. I feel like most companies would say it’s too late and I’d have to go through returning and reordering. I was so happy with the quick and exceptional customer service. the support staff quickly resolved the problem. i was sent a personalized bib with the wrong name on it. They are quickly making me the correct one. mistakes happen and they are resolving the issue. I had a personalized swaddle that had a misaligned missprint of the middle name. Contacting the customer service support group was super simple and they were able to send out a replacement that was centered at no extra charge.

After purchasing numerous outfits I needed to exchange for a bigger size. This company states all sales finale is what they stated. This was not stated anywhere. No phone number to contact only form to fill out. I would not recommend purchasing from them
