i ordered a gown to be for new born…
i ordered a gown to be for new born portraits and washed it as directed and hung to dry. the lettering on it cracked after ONE wash, and i emailed the company, who was more than happy to offer a refund or replace the item. i opted to replace the item. now, its been 2 weeks since the pictures, wherein i did NOT have the item i ordered because it was defective. and now they’ve sent out a replacement, of the INCORRECT item altogether. i just want a refund at this point. very frustrated that i worked to make my final newborns portraits wonderful and this company can’t even make sure they’re mailing out the correct (expensive) items.
Price Adjustment
I have purchased multiple custom blankets for my children, and I have spent over $500 with this small company. I ordered a few things recently on sale, and a few days later a bigger sale came up. I asked for a price adjustment(since a lot of places are now offering this), and unfortunately they would not approve this and suggested I keep an eye out on OTHER discounts coming up. I was looking at some pajamas that are on sale, but for how much I have spent and to not get a little bit back is a little disheartening.

You Don’t get what you order…
I ordered my new granddaughter who is on the opposite side of the U.S. from me a couple sleepers. One had a matching headband but the other didn’t show on the website so I ordered a plush bunny with her name Annabelle on it instead. Then I get an email saying they are sending the headband I didn’t order as a back order & the bunny wasn’t on the order at all. I truly believe they have issues with their website. They suggested I return the order which isn’t an option. Won’t order from Caden Lane again. You don’t get what you order. It’s Amazon for me.

I have purchased 3 personalized newborn gown with beanie on 2 separate occasions and the process was seamless. Customer service is prompt and they are very kind and personable. The little gowns were so soft and sweet ... Definitely will keep ordering in future

I needed help putting together…
I needed help putting together coordinating items by color. A solid personalized blanket with a coordinating print knotted gown was my focus. The customer service rep that contacted me gave me several options and confirmed some of the choices I had already chosen. It felt like a personal shopper. Lol. My items arrived quickly and each one was as I expected.

Helpful customer service!
My email provider is changing two of their old email services and is making those of us that have had our same email addresses with them for YEARS change our emails addresses.
Caden Lane merged all of my information from my old email to my new so I wouldn't lose my info, history and rewards.
It is so nice to have helpful customer service when it is already a HUGE pain in the ...and a WASTE of MANY hours that an email provider MAKES customers change their email address. Either you change providers or stay with the current, but either way, you have to change( at holiday time on top of everything already!!!)
