Superb service and a quality product. I've bought alternative hoses before but they've never been that well-made or as flexible as they state. The CA detailing product is quality and doesn't twist or do that annoying kink of the original. Sure TEMU is cheaper but it's crap

Superb 15m replacement Karcher hose.
The original hose was way too short so i had to constantly move the Karcher unit about when washing my car.
This new hose is a massive improvement.
Amazing price too.

My first time buying from CA Detailing as I stumbled upon their website when searching for a Bilt Hamber Auto Wheel as it was out of stock in the detailing supplies company I normally use. It was great that they had all the products I wanted so saved me ordering from different places and the additional postage costs.

Good prices and really quick delivery even to N.Ireland. Package was very well packaged so no leaks etc.

NO FREE GIFTS SCAM Be careful if your spending enough to qualify for the free gifts as I did, I spent £106 meaning that I qualified for 2x free gifts and because I was ordering for the first time I would get 5%off first time purchase , didn't see the small print you get 1 or the other so spent got £5 off total order and NO FREE GIFTS , I contacted them today when i recived my order to be told 1 or the other read the small print , all other things ordered where well packaged and arrived quickly ,just felt this was advertised to catch you out , I will not order from here again in the future as I feel conned all over a £10 gift

Easy to order online, the hose is brilliant and so much better than the original Karcher one. Delivery was pretty quick to. The only issue is that I ordered the 5 meter hose, used it for the first time today,and wish I had bought the 10 meter hose 🤣

I struggled to find a spray gun with an adapter to fit my power washer.

So i got in touch with CA Detailing.
They recommended a connector which unfortunately did not fit.

I got in touch with then and spoke to Tahmid, who was excellent and within two days had this issues sorted out.

Tahmid went above and beyond to make sure my issue was sorted and that I was happy with the service and the item they provided.

I would definitely recommend this company as the quality of their products are excellent as well as their customer service
