Beställde fel till mitt barnbarn och tänkte att jag skickar tillbaka den och beställer det hon ville ha direkt.
Men, så går det inte till.
Strickta regler om hur och med vad du får skicka tillbaka med.
Och Caia tar inget ansvar för något!!
Fick en adress som jag skulle skicka till, men fick inte skicka med Schenker/inte rekommenderat!
Sista gången jag köper något mer från det företaget.

Ordered 2 products at Caia Beauty on 6 OCT 2023, still after I send them several mails to ask them for the status, no reply on my mails. When I searched for the website, the website doesn't exists anymore. So guess I also have been scammed :-(
Tried to send a message to Caia Cosmetics, but they told me they could not help me because they didn't receive no order from my side and that I need to contact Caia Beauty, because they are Caia Cosmetics.

Looks like I got scammed as well like many people below. Ordered a month ago and never received anything, ignored by emails and DMs….

Not that it matters for 30£ or so…but is there a way to sue them? I just hate scammers and when they get away with it!

Ordered my hair oil on 6/9/23, and still nothing has arrived.
Have emailed them numerous times, and no-one has ever replied. Was sent an email asking to review my product, which was funny as I'd never received it.

Ordered at 16-09-2023 and still didn't receive my order. Did email them and send a DM on instagram, still no respone... I hate it when people take advantage of you. It's a scam, don't order here! Very unsatisfied with this company. Bought the hairoil and they just took my money!

Definitely a scam. Never got my product, a refund or an email reply after placing an order over a month ago. Plus the website doesn't seem to work anymore. DONT ORDER!!!

It's a scam. Ordered 1,5 months ago and never heard anything more about my package and item that I have paid for. Also contacted the company but no answer...

Don’t be fooled by their advertisements. This is a scam company, that takes your money but never sends your order nor have the audacity to reply to emails about your package whereabouts or refund.

I also ordered two months ago my hair oil, and never have had my products or any answer to my mails.

No service at all.
My daugter ordered and payed several products but never recieved anything. That was in the beginning of september. First they reacted that they had short of some ingredients.
But since the beginning of october they dont react at all.
Not even an answer on her last mails. She asked when they would deliver and also asked for refund. Seems that they are dead, they give no answer at all.
My advice is not to use this service. Seems like fraud!

Ordered on the 7th of October and still nothing has been shipped. I mailed them twice, but I don't get any answer whatsoever. Hopefully in this way I can still get my order or a refund.

Ordered hair oil a month ago and never received it. They don't reply to my emails. I want my money back, but I just can't reach them. Going trough comments here I see it's a scam. Very disappointed. Will write a complaint to the authorities.

Pure scam artists never received order and won't answer an email don't buy off them !!!

Scammers. Placed order in early september. Still havent recieved anything (mid october). Got an email end september saying they were missing an ingridient, hence the delay. Got an e-mail yesterday asking me to review the product, they sendt 30 days ago..? Which they never sent. Theyve taken my money, they dont reply to my emails. Its a scam. Avoid.

Placed orders in AUGUST and even paid an express fee of £13, money taken, nothing delivered, no contact whatsover.They are scammers, thieves etc.

They don’t reply on any of my emails considering my missing order.
It’s been a long while and still nothing!
It’s a pity that they treat their customers this way…

I have placed an order on 20th september. Yet no response. Contacted multiple times on email and instagram both no response at all. Please be aware to all those who are charmed by advertisment it is scam business it is sure.
