Excellent service- gave me no nonsense financial advice on my mortgage applications. Answered the numerous questions i had promptly concerning a property purchase that wasn't so straight forward. Advice and guidance on mortgages, property searches and other essential information for a first time buyer.
As a first time buyer the initial steps to getting on the property ladder felt extremely daunting. I felt intimidated by the process and clueless on where to start.
I had an extremely valuable consultation with Paul who wonderfully put me at ease, professionally guiding me through the whole process; educated me on financial calculations and mortgages and provided me with much needed clarity. He also kick started my property search, instantaneously providing me with list of properties which ticked all the boxes I had in my mind!
I am extremely grateful to Paul for helping me on this journey and feel reassured that I have a savvy, smart “all around” guru to guide me on the road to my new home.

Paul and Rob are excellent at what they do. They are honest and efficient. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family as they do not try to confuse you with complicated narratives. Also, as an aspiring property investor, Paul has plenty of knowledge and is happy to share his expertise.
