Hi Ken, we’re sorry for the negative experience. We’ve sent out a set of pedals that should resolve the fitment issue for you. Please keep in mind that the left and right pedals thread in opposite directions to stay secure while riding. If they still aren't seating correctly, feel free to contact us so we can help you get them installed properly!

Shipped quickly
Shipped quickly. The only issue was the address on the shipping label was incomplete and the post office was going to return the package but I was able to contact the post office first.
