Honestly the easiest thing ever, the on site helpers were fantastic if I had any questions, issues or problems- everything was accessed in my own time which made it easy to fit around my schedule- highly recommend!

Course "Library Assistant Training"
I started the course "Library Assistant Training" and it feels like generated completely by AI. The texts are worded weirdly, unnecessarily long and over-complicated without actually saying anything of relevance or value. The content barely scrapes what the module name implies. The first module talks about five methods and only names four, which should have been noticed immediately if one actual person revised this.
Not a useful experience for me.
Update: Parts of the course also repeat themselves in different chapters. Really can't recommend this.

Must do course for developing self.
My basic qualification is in Architecture and Planning, but I thought of taking this course because, ultimately, planning is for the people, and sociology makes you understand just that. Not only professionally, but it has helped me in my self-development process.

Terrible
Terrible - I purchased level 2 childrens and young persons mental health. A level 2 qualification with 10 CPD points - they enrolled me on Child Psychology - not level 2 and no CPD points
The alternative which was Childrens and Young Persons mental health is again not a level 2 and no CPD points
Useless and mis selling products then giving you something completely different.
