I ordered a Feelworld monitor online…
I ordered a Feelworld monitor online with a battery included in description. It arrived without the battery- I rang to ask if they could send out a battery- CMS said no because the monitor does not come with a battery (both description online & my invoice stated including battery). I took the monitor back to the warehouse in Pacific Business Park but 2 days later the refund still hasn’t appeared. Apparently they did not need my card, refund would happen automatically. I’m a concerned as I have no monitor or refund.
