Do not buy from this company. I work in the service industry and have a lot of understanding for people just doing their job, but I experienced the worst customer service I have ever encountered with Camila brown. I had to completely change my proposal plans because the ring I ordered did not get shipped before their guaranteed delivery time, and even though they gave me a full credit as a token of their apology, they upcharged me over $1,000 for the item I decided to purchase with the credit. Months later, I am on my honeymoon now 6 days after my wife and I’d wedding and our rings are already corroding. My 10k gold ring has corroded to where you can see silver underneath and my wife’s ring has gone from being shiny yellow gold to looking dark red bronze. I am deeply dissatisfied with Camila Brown’s services and recommend everyone to steer clear of this company. They offer terrible quality products for unreasonably high prices.
