I just come back from the Camp Bali 20 Day Island Hopper. It was a great experience as a solo traveller to make lifetime memories & friends. The camp take good care of you from the beginning you sign up until the day you come back home. Our tour guide, Jamz, was brilliant! ☺️I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to go travelling to Bali as the camp take you to the beautiful places of the country.

I had an absolute blast doing Camp Bali!!! I would recommend to anyone who is wanting to travel but is a bit anxious to go alone. The trip allows you to explore Bali, see all its amazing sights and you have the freedom to do extra things that you are of interest to you whilst you are there.

Your Camp leader makes you feel so welcome, which is super important when travelling to somewhere new. The whole team at Camp Bali are so helpful in the lead up to the trip providing a pre-departure pack and a call a couple weeks before the trip to make you sure you feel comfortable and know all the tips and tricks for whilst you’re in Bali.

The volunteering was really rewarding and allowed me to experience teaching which isn’t something I have done before. My favourite day of the trip was the day we ventured to the Monkey Forest, went white water rafting and explored the Tegalalang Rice Terraces.

If you are thinking about booking this trip, I would 100% recommend.

Camp Bali was simply incredible. I wanted to do something completely different with my Alevel summer. When I saw the advert for Camp Bali come up on my instagram feed I knew this was exactly what I wanted to do. As this was my first time travelling solo I was incredibly nervous but the Camp Bali teams were incredibly helpful and generous with their time in the lead up to leaving for Bali, helping with flights, paperwork and other important things before departure. This made me feel so much more confident and safe to travel by myself. In Bali, the 12 days were packed with fun activities, free time and good food. I truly felt like I had made the most of my time in Bali, experiencing and seeing so much that Bali has to offer. My local guide Ode made the trip that extra bit more special. He was an incredible guide, always at the ready for a chat or a fact and joining in for extra activities. I don’t think I would have enjoyed this experience as much if he hadn’t been my guide. I had an incredible time. As an 18 year old I thought I would feel much younger than other people on the trip but everyone got on and were so lovely, it felt like there was no age gap. Solo travel has never been so easy and stress free. If you are contemplating doing this camp or a friend is, book it! It really will be the trip of a lifetime and so worth the nerves!

My experience with camp bali was amazing, i was scared to do solo and this was perfect for me, i met some friends for life all while travelling around bali, learning the culture especially from Ayu our camp leader, she was amazing and knew everything about everything! i would recommend this to anyone scared to travel alone because you meet some amazing people who are strangers but turn into life long friends! The activities were amazing and it was so stress free not having to plan everything out.
I recommend Camp Bali to everyone, definitely give it a go! :)

I recently just finished doing the Bali 12 day adventure. I honestly had the best time ever learning and traveling all around Bali. Our tour guide Ayu couldn’t have Been any better. She was so kind and helpful and truly a great role model to everyone in our group. The amount of amazing things we got to experience in Bali in just 12 days was just amazing, my trip to Bali was a dream come true.

Camp Bali was just the ultimate experience. All the activities have been specially tailored for each location so you really do make the most of your time, see, and experience everything! The Camp coordinators were brilliant at getting back to me about any queries, or worries regarding the trip and honestly made me feel so safe to travel out by myself. The local guides are also fantastic! Ayu, my guide was a joy to be around and I would not have enjoyed this experience half as much as I did, and I had a blast! She was so encouraging, knowledgeable, and an absolute gem of a human. Solo travel has never been so easy!!! No stress about where you are going, how you’ll get there, or what to do!

Hotel filthy, camp bali ignored us, left my daughter abandomed in a disgusting hotel.

I had the most amazing three weeks doing Camp Bali and met the most amazing people! Ayu is the best tour guide and really made the trip what it was! She showed up everyday with a smile on her face and was genuinely so excited to show us what her beautiful country has to offer. She was a tour guide and friend all in one. I really liked how she had also planned games for us play along the way! Anyone who gets Ayu as their guide will 100% have the best time ever! I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who wants to explore Bali (and Lombok and Gili T), you won’t regret it!

I LOVED IT🤩 win-win our guide was an absolute legend. Made friends and memories for life, wish I could stay out longer!! Roll on camp Thailand next year 😻

I had an amazing time with Camp Bali in October.

The activities were educational about the Indonesian culture aswell as extremely enjoyable. I truly had the best time and met some of the most amazing people.
The accommodation was ten times better than i could have imagined consisting of beautiful hotels with swimming pools and clean comfortable beds and over head showers.

I would recommend Camp Bali to anyone interested in travelling to Indonesia

I had the best 3 weeks in Indonesia thanks to Ben, Jamz and my tour group. They kept us safe and made sure we had so much fun every day, all the activities were amazing, the volunteering was humbling snd such an amazing experience, everyone we met was so kind and welcoming. My group became a huge family and I’m so grateful for this experience. Best summer of my life

I recently went on Camp Bali and it was an amazing experience, I learnt so much about the culture as well as enjoying the touristy side. Brooke was my rep and she went above and beyond with making sure everybody was okay, as well as arranging extra activities. Would definitely recommend if you want to travel but don’t want to do it alone.

I just completed Camp Bali with my friend and it was an amazing experience. We travelled with Camp Thailand last year and loved how organised the trips are so we decided to do Camp Bali this year.

I think it’s great how everything is planned out for you. We did the Island Hopper and it was a great tour filled with lots of activities and nice accommodation, with just enough free time.

The reps really do make the trip and work hard to keep us happy. Thank you so much to Ben, Victoria, Jamz and Widi for making a trip to remember!

Spent the most amazing 3 weeks on Camp Bali and I couldn’t recommend it more. After doing camp thailand last year, I couldn’t wait to come out to Bali with the same company and it didn’t disappoint! Made lifelong memories and friends on this trip and it was made even better with our reps Victoria, Ben, Jamz and Widi. Big love to you all!
Trip highlights definitely were the turtle sanctuary, horse stables and taking them in the water and spending time with the special needs children at their school🥹

Definitely some of the best times I've had. I was able to meet a large groupe of amazing people from all over the UK, whilst engaging in a large variety of different active from lending a hand in local schools and turtle sanctuarys to temple visits and amazing nights out.

Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Bali as you will meet amazing beople whilst having the support of reps and guides on tour should you need a hand.

What an experience! I had Ben, Victoria, jamz and widi as our reps and local guides. I cannot begin to explain how amazing they were and how much fun and energy they brought to the camp. I done the Bali island hopper and it flew by. The activities, volunteering and our free days, is something I will never forget. I made so many friends and memories. I went by myself so I was so nervous but as soon as I got there everyone was so nice and you make friends right away. I would recommend it to anyone and especially to those who are traveling alone for the first time and want to explore Bali in the best way possible!

I’ve done both Camp Thailand and Camp Bali as solo trips and they are both incredible experiences! I had the best time and my reps were both amazing!! (I had Brooke in thailand and Ellie in Bali) 🫶🏼🫶🏼

This has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life, we had Ellie and Ayu as our tour reps and they made it so stress free and special, couldn’t have asked for better reps and people to spend my time with, will miss everyone so so much and hope to go on another camp next year!
