Camping and Caravan Direct Avis 

We recently purchased a Maypole Aztec awning carpet and the process from start to finish was impressive. The website is easy to use and once you have purchased an item they keep you informed about the delivery (order being processed, dispatched etc). This is also true for thier courier DPD who also keep you well informed. The whole process took approx 24 hours - order to delivery. We would certainly look to use this company again.

These guys are really good to deal with! I bought a Coleman stove. There was an issue with the stove and they sorted it straight away with no quibbles. I will use this company again.

As always Chichester site well run and friendly.
However seems jobsworth lady from head office with coloured hair wanted to use her power and complain about my dog just outside my Motorhome Unnecessary but obviously made her feel good in front of her trainee following her

Fantastic service. Ordered a camping gas stove and had accidentally ordered the wrong regulator to go with it. Umprompted, the company rang me to let me know that the regulator would not go with the stove I had ordered. They then added the correct regulator to my order and refunded the difference. So helpful!

Tried to get small porta potti for my campervan without success.out of stock or
Poor service almost give up.CC.DIRECT had them ordered and received it with in 48hrs.

Fantastic service. Ordered 2 packs of toilet blue & pink & were delivered the next day. The items were extremely well packaged & will definitely use again.

Had a problem with my camping gas grill plate after 10 months, I notified Camping and Caravan Direct and It was resolved with delivery of a new grill in just over a week.
What excellent customer service cannot be faulted.

Excellent service, purchased a Kampa Toaster, delivered promptly although was not colour ordered. they delivered replacement toaster the following day. Will most certainly be using them again.

Bought Campingaz stove and Coleman lantern online on Thursday evening, arrived by DPD, securely packed, Saturday morning. Service couldn't have been faster or better and price of both items was significantly less than a certain major multinational online competitor.

We have had a caravan at the Clent Hills site for a number of years but this year invested in a new bigger van that we cannot tow. On Friday we received an email saying our booking for 2nd august had been cancelled. On ringing C&CC I was told the site was closing until the end of the year but I would receive a call from the storage dept that day. No call. I telephoned on Saturday, they would send an email to this team to ring me that day. No call. Monday? Tuesday? No call. We don’t know whether we can have access to the van or what is happening. We use the van to visit elderly sisters two daughters and husbands and four grandchildren . Will we be able to visit again. If we move the van we will have to find someone who has a suitable vehicle in an area we are not familiar with. C&CC have no thought or consideration for us. They are hiding behind names and the telephones. We cannot sleep as we are so stressed about all this.
