Greatly appreciate Chris of Campman's speedy response and service, when I submitted an order that I had to cancel due to COVID challenges (I live in King County, WA). I experienced empathy and support that I would never expect from a company- thank you, Chris for making our lives a little easier at this difficult time.

Super fast shipping and delivery

Super fast shipping and delivery. Lowest internet price for a Nemo disco sleeping bag. Good shopping experience. If they would match Campsaver's free return shipping policy I would gladly give a full 5 star rating. I would recommend them to others looking to purchase gear they are sure they will not be needing to return.

We're sorry for your experience. Our inventory was delayed in shipping due to moving between warehouses. We did our best to get another pair to ship sooner. However it was the end of the season and we weren't able to speed up the process. We understand your opinion of our service. We failed this time in providing our normal level of service. Great Products and Great Service

Replaced my well worn Flylow Chemical ski pants with the new improved version from Campman. One of the many excellent products they carry !!
Recommend Campman to anyone looking for great gear.

Great service!

I found a good deal on some Hestra gloves, but I didn't order the right size. Campman made it super easy to send it back and get the correct size, and now my hands are warmer than they've ever been on the mountain!

We're sorry the first package was lost by the carrier. We sent tracking information to the email provided on the order. Once we found the package was lost, we dispatched another package the same day via 2 day shipping that was delivered. The tracking information was once again sent to your email indicated on the order. We do our best to quickly fulfill orders. Unfortunately some are lost en route. This happened to be the case but we did send another package that was delivered a couple of days later.

Excellent customer service

While I ended up canceling my order (for personal reasons), my experience with Campman was first-rate. Customer service was friendly and professional, and my refund was processed promptly and without hassle. I highly recommend this company and look forward to ordering from them again in the future.
