They are a pain... They keep sending me junk mail several times every weeks and it doesn't seem that there is a way to stop them even after multiple request. It is total nonsense since they do not even sell to Canadian !!! This is what is generated by: canadavetexpress.com

I have been using Canadavetexpress for a few years buying Heartguard. My dog was just diagnosed with heartworm and will cost me $4000 to treat him. I just found out this company is not even in Canada but overseas somewhere. I called the customer service number and it sounds like India but they say UK/London. They would not give me the mailing address or name of the company owner. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They are selling fake products that will put your pets at risk !

After waiting for out order for 5 days now (not uncommon, not complaining) checked tracking and was surprised to see the order was shipped from Curaçao, a Dutch Caribbean island according to the tracking info. Something seems fishy. Hopefully they show up. I havent been disappointed yet.

Prices are great compared to our vet. Vet had Simparica Trio for 30% off. Even with that, I got 6 months of it for all 3 of my dogs from Canada Vet Express for the same price as it would have been for just one dog from my vet, even with his 30% discount. Only drawback is it takes about 2 weeks to receive the first order but you can put it on auto delivery.

Sent the wrong product. I ordered Bravecto chewables and they sent me topical. Then, when I contacted them they tried to gaslight me telling me that’s what I ordered. I did not. I save screenshots of my orders for this very reason. The only resolution they offered was return. By the time the whole return, refund, and reorder process was done summer would be over and the med wouldn’t even be needed anymore. This place is a joke and employees are not friendly or helpful.

I have been ordering from Canada vet express for years. Suddenly I'm no longer able to get in contact with them! This is very dieturbing and sad! Like I was reading in other reviews, I can't afford these meds from the Vet! If anyone has found another good source for Bravecto, PLEASE let me know! Thank You!

For some reason meds for my ferals(flea and tick/heartguard for cats) and heartguard for dogs no longer available...huh...can't afford vet care for that many animals because vet charges more than my own dr charges...they are pricing us out of veterinary care!

I had been ordering flea and tick meds for my feral cats for nearly 2 years from this company.. then when a package did not arrive I called them. It had been returned to them by Canada Customs.. customs said one ingredient is not allowed into Canada.. yet vets sell the exact same product within Canada 🤣 Go figure.. I feel forced to try and capture each feral (good luck) and pay exorbitant vet fees for each to just have the cat looked at and then pay for the meds. This is a Canada Customs issue.. not the company. A second company has now run into the same issues.

I was going to order the heartgard have been purchasing it from vet express for years. But I question the heartgard, the packaging isn’t the same and the manufacturer hasn’t changed it so I don’t believe it’s the the real deal.

I previously ordered a topical from Canadavetexpress.com and no problems. Today I tried a re-order online and by phone, and no go. Called and was told all shipments to US and Canada are suspended. Was good. No more. Guessing regulatory. Looks like the local veterinarian union got their way with international Customs.

I have been using Canada vet express for about 20 years I have never had any problems with them. it does take about 3 weeks to get to Ga. but it has to go through customs.

I have been doing business with them for over two years and I have always been very pleased with their service. Their website is down. I called them up and they said that it is going to take one more month before we can order again, as they had login security issues.

I love this company never had a problem. Always got my items always legit . Now im reading we are getting the same message.

I just got off phone and they are not offering up any info on why are what happened or when they will be back up. I found a new site Canada pet care. Prices not as cheat as express but the next best price I can find.

I’ve used CanadaVetExpress several years. Meds for my dog were same as what our vet has only cost less which I was grateful for. Their website says “Not available in your region.” I even tried calling and the number never went through. Does anyone know what’s happening?
I was able to email them and they emailed me back. They have suspended all logistics and unfortunately they don’t have a date as to when they will be operational. They apologized for any inconveniences may have caused.

I have 4 rescues,the USA vet charges 200 for next guard plus,this place 100.00 not expired,service is good,order a few weeks ahead of time

Been ordering from Canada vet for years. Now the webpage will not come up. What’s up with that? Says they can’t ship to my area! Have they stopped shipping to USA. Why did the company not send us an email! Not happy

I have ordered a few times from this company and I got exactly what I ordered , and it WORKED 100%
With the Same sealed packaging as what I got from the vet, and at a mere FRACTION of the price . I have too many cats to take them all to the vet as they want to see them all just to weight them and charge massive fees - I also treat strays and I can’t possibly get them to the vet . I can barely pet them . Yes it takes a little time ( approx 2 weeks ) to come , but just plan on that . And I don’t care where it comes from . Canada , Africa, China , UK Australia,
or what they call themselves . I feel blessed to be able to get this at all .
As long as it’s SAFE and effective , which it has been . The Selehold and Revolution plus I order takes care of the fleas quickly and effectively- The website is down as of now for what ever reason -maintenance? so I had to switch to another company and it’s coming today . Will see how that goes .
