Canadian Medical answered my questions promptly - I have never had such fast service from a customer service department. And with their help found that it was an error from another vendor - did not involve Canadian Medical.

We had to order a wheelchair for our father that had a stroke and we needed in quickly and at a reasonable price. We decided to go with Candian Medical Store, despite being located in BC (with us in Ontario) but don't regret the decision. We had the wheelchair delivered within 24 hours of placing our order. Our experience couldn't have been easier.

I had the recent opportunity to interact with the owner of this business and I was very impressed with the professionalism and respect that I received. Products are excellent quality and prices were very reasonable and competitive. I will continue to place orders with this company.

I was not impressed that a large portion of my order was back ordered and I was not originally Emailed the shipping tracking information but Ruki immediately provided me with the information when I contacted Customer Service which I appreciated. I was not informed when the back order was shipped and it sat in the courier's depot for several days but Ruki was very helpful again in helping me finally get the shipment.

Ordered a raised toilet seat on March 12, was told I would receive item in about 4 business days. Item sat in stock in their warehouse for 10 days before they notified Fedex to pick it up. It finally shipped on March 23rd and I received it on April 7th. I called CMS several times about this delay in shipping and of course they blamed Fedex when in fact it was their issue and not once did they return my call as promised. Horrible customer service!

Order online and received the wrong item. Contacted support and said they would send a return label and ship out the correct item. Then the communication stopped. Nothing happened. Scam. I had to dispute with my credit card company.

The company was very good to deal with bu contacted them as my order was not coming. They explained very quickly the the Dr Ho pain relief stuck was not available as the company was changing it up. I was happy to get a timely response.

Fast delivery! Comprehensive products line! Wanted to reorder Prevail Pull ups which I have been using for over 10 years! Knew trump had bungled my arrangement with Us company!
But Canadian company had all my info and exact type in their system. Made it easy to reorder, after so many years.

Extremely poor customer service, if I could give minus stars for this review, I would.
My experience with Canadian Medical Store has been extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for a company that sells medical equipment people depend on for their health.
I placed an order on February 12 for a replacement hose for a medical device that I rely on daily. My original hose had broken, making this a medically necessary and time-sensitive purchase. Despite that, weeks passed without the item being shipped or delivered.
I contacted customer service multiple times to check on the status of my order. Each time I was told someone would get back to me, and at one point I was even told the item would be sent express due to the delay. That never happened. As of March 12, I still have not received the product.
When a company sells medical supplies, delays like this are not just inconvenient — they can directly impact someone’s health and well-being. The lack of urgency, follow-through, and communication from this company is extremely troubling.
At this point, I would strongly encourage Canadian Medical Store to address this situation immediately and improve their fulfillment and customer service processes. Customers ordering essential medical equipment should not have to chase down their orders for weeks.

Ordered from the U.S. using PayPal. Order was processed and shipped very quickly and email notifications for shipping, tracking, and delivery status were excellent.

When I ordered a box of dressings which were fairly urgently needed, I didn’t realize that they were out of stock. When I contacted the company, Ruki was extremely helpful. We were able to find an alternative solution and they arrived the next day. I couldn’t be more grateful for the help and the excellent service.
