I do not have a valid document from eTA office saying they issued the Electronic Travel Authorization
They Charged me 49.00 US Dollars per passport, instead of the $7.00 Canadian Dollars eTA Office Charges!!!!

Thought this is the real website from the canadian government, it is not....and I paid 49$ for the service while you can have the same service from the official website for only 7$ !

charged $49 for each visa when it only costs $7 from official site, be warned this site looks like the official one, - i complained to the company, and i got a full refund, i then got my visas direct for $7 each. lesson learned, but at least they gave the promised refund. i can see that some people might find the services useful. you can do all the visas at once instead of individually.

Easy, coherent, accessible and encouraging are the applicable adjectives.
It will not accept the full title of my employers, I had to shorten it considerably. I live in a block of apartments which has a name. There is no opportunity to enter it, only the number and the name of the street.

IT'S A CON WATCH OUT!
This website is an absolute con and the eTA Visa will cost you TEN TIMES more than it would if you went on to the Canadian Government's website. This website looks very similar to the real one so beware! I tried to cancel my application within ten minutes when I realised I had been "had" but by that time my application had been approved and the money was out of my bank account. Websites like this are nothing more than robbers and should be tracked down and shut down.

A total rip-off!
I read on the official, Canadian visa-page that the visa fee is CAN$7. Didn't realise that, when I returned later for applying, I'd landed on this other page. The excessive price only popped up on the last page but then my auto-pilot had taken over and clicked "Confirm". Stupid me but paying 7 times that price just makes me angry! Nothing but a parasite company!

How do I know my visa exists?
I received the mail with the message "your application has been approved", but I haven't received any Eta number so I am not able to verify if I actually own an Eta.
