DO NOT take a loan from these predatory…
DO NOT take a loan from these predatory lenders. Not only are their rates crazy ridiculous they will refuse to remove any UCC filings long after the loan expires. They will continue to extend the filings even though they have no legal right to do so. In essence you will be harassed by future cold calls/texts by lenders forever should you decided to take a loan with these people.

As mentioned in our prior communications, CAN Capital’s policy is to terminate any existing UCC liens upon request once all borrower obligations are satisfied. Until such obligations are satisfied, UCC filings remain active.
