I was recommended by my colleague to pop into candles and oud for some new niche frangrances, I was so pleasantly surprised as I usually only buy in Dubai, T was absolutely amazing! She provided exactly the experience a frangrance boutique should offer. She was so incredibly patient, passionate and provided such a memorable experience. By the end of the shop, I had every single fragrance card and decided to keep them all because I want to shop with her again! She listened attentively to what I like, she watched which fragrances I continuously smelt, and easily sold me a gift set where I got my favourite fragrances for a fantastic offer! If anyone goes to the Cambridge boutique, look for T! She really knows what she’s doing, I will definitely be coming to be served by her over and over again! Thankyou so much! So friendly came all the way from glasgow back to trafford centre just for the amazing scents and especially amazing service from workers

I was at the Westfield Stratford branch, Ramisa really looked after me today and gave excellent customer service. She listened to the description of what I wanted and went through with me what smells matched what I was looking for and we got there in the end. Amber Oud and The Duchess for the win!
