Very happy with the service and quality of your products, well boxed too, everything arrived in perfect condition, However, the scent Honeysuckle, while floral, doesn't smell anything like honeysuckle to us, I even went out to our bush just to make sure, that was the only issue...I'm sure we'll order again!

This was my first order and I am so very pleased. I purchased a selection of votives and they all were delivered in excellent condition and were shipped very fast. I have burned quite a few already as I light candles every day. They burn well and cleanly. I am very happy with my purchase and will be back for more.
I received my candles in boxes that were packed securely which is very important with glass jars. I have never had any candles arrive broken and I've had 3 large orders in the last year from Candles Wholesalers. The candles are awesome. The pumpkin pecan waffle and maple sticky buns smell so good you think someone is cooking. I like all the candles I have purchased so far and I must say that everyone I gave a candle to as a gift has raved about the smell (scent) that these candles produce and were very happy to get them. The price of the candles is more than fair for large 70 oz Montana jar candles that I buy and if you order as many as I do you get free shipping. I highly recommend Candles Wholesalers.

Your order was updated on Aug 17th with the tracking number.
1) You received an email when your tracking number is added.
2) You can login to your customer dashboard and click into the order to check your tracking number.
3) We replied to your email inquiry on the 20th of Aug with a reply explaining the above along with the tracking number.
You need to check your spam box for our emails and whitelist our emails so they land in the correct place and so that you can actually see them.

I have been purchasing candles from "Candles Wholesalers" for about 2 years now. The candles have all been great and the prices are almost unbeatable! Have had some issues with delivery times in the past, but received this order within 4 days! Fantastic!!! H. Johnson
Sent me the wrong colors. Then pretended the box was bigger then the actual picture I sent them to show the size of box and candle package. As if there was a magical bottom to find the rest of the candles. Never shopping here again. Not even wholesale price.

The customer believed they ordered "12 candles" per set - despite the listings clearly stating the products are sold by PER PAIR.

Love all my candles ordered I am a repeat customer
No issues with the product and thankfully the customer service team came through for me as it took nearly 3 weeks to fulfill my order -- the candles arrived barely 48 hours before my event which added unneeded. The fulfillment timeline definitely left something to be desired.
shipping cost are ridiculous over priced on shipping i took my order to ups to weigh and price you were not even close to what other people charge

I am so happy I found Candlewholesalers.com. I buy a lot of candles and I was ordering them from Amazon until I decided to do a web search to see if I could find a better deal. Well, I found it! Not only was the pricing better, but the quality was greater as well. Instead of getting the 10 hour votives I usually get, I was able to get the larger 15 hour burn candles for a better price.
