We placed our order through your website cannameds.in on 21st September, and despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response or update from your side.
Please treat this as an urgent matter and update us immediately on the status of our order or refund our payment without further delay.

Sir this order was shipped via xpressbees courier day after you placed order, however this courier has delayed so much also during festive times they got it undelivered. I'm deeply saddened and disappointed…
I'm deeply saddened and disappointed with the their service. I got interested in the 5000 mg rso extract as Mr Kumar promised that the experience would be overwhelming.
However when the product arrived it literally has 0 effects. I upped my dose, yet nothing is happening.
I tried reaching them out asking for help and letting them know the concern, everyone's stopped responding.
It's like they are very promising and once their sale is done they don't care about quality or service.

Genuine product delivered highly effective! But disappointed by delivery service please change the courier partner I had to personally go to their office and collect the package!

Recieved spoilt gummies!
Ordered the canna gummies and got the package that seems to be spoilt. The image on the website and the actual product (the gummies) are not at all of the same color..looks like it has some kind of worms. No option here to upload a photo. Please refund my money.

While I've been completely satisfied, with the quality of the product and the efficiency with which it is sent to me, the support provided to me after my package was misplaced by the courier company just blew me away. They were on the case instantly, and when they identified what the problem was, they fixed it in 30 minutes. I'm truly grateful for the genuine efforts and efficient solutions. And a special thank you to Mr. BJP Kumar, who handled my grievances and the situation, personally.
