Top Notch Customer Service
I'm glad I chose Cannon Trading to open my personal futures trading account and corporate futures trading account. Their customer service is absolutely top notch. It's great that they assign a main point of contact to an account. My main point of contact is Joe. He assisted me with the process of opening the accounts and cleared up my concerns throughout the process. He took the time to understand my objectives and trading style etc. and gave me suggestions and suitable options. Thanks to his assistance, all the process from application to funding and to platform navigation and order execution was smooth and comfortable, and the experience gave me strong confidence in the firm.

Great Resources and Great Customer Support
I signed up and they made it a very simple process for me. As soon as I was signed up John Thorpe gave me a call and help guide me through the rest of the application process, and then days later helped walk me through the software. I now feel super confident on how to use it all. He told me I can call him any time I need any help, and I believe it, he seems like a great guy. The software they provide is very nice and pretty intuitive (once John talked me through some of the finer points). All in all, it's got to be a pretty good company with software and customer support being so top notch.
