While enjoying my best year of trading ever in 2023, there was really no reason to contact the Support Desk. Then in 2024 an internal change left me in need of help and concerned that new staff might be in place. It was so reassuring to send one quick short email to the Desk and get an immediate response back from Kimberly (who has helped me several times over the years). For Cannon Trading to be able to retain great employees like Kimberly who consistently knows how to listen to customers and customize solutions leaves me feeling confident that I found the best trading firm to do business with !
