I found the company whilst looking for a canopy on line. I phone to find out more and Torkid was really helpful on all aspects including self installation. I sent dimensions and a photograph and a design was created and quoted. I was able to go back for clarity on several issues. The product was delivered by Lee who again was genuinely helpful telling me about the installation. I have called many times for help during the installation and Yong has always helped including sending a video. They are a magic team.

I recently had Luxury Outdoor Supply Limited install patio canopies at both my home and my mum’s next door — and I can honestly say the entire experience was flawless from start to finish.

From the initial quote (which they happily arranged one evening to suit my schedule), to final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care. Once we’d finalised the design — I opted for the post-free style — their pricing was extremely competitive, and they even offered a generous discount for having both houses done together.

The canopies were installed just a few weeks later using super high-quality materials: beautifully finished, triple-powder-coated aluminium in anthracite grey, paired with crystal-clear, glass-like Perspex roofing. The installation team arrived exactly on time, were courteous, tidy, and incredibly hardworking — they genuinely didn’t stop all day and their attention to detail was second to none.

The finished result is stunning. Both canopies have completely transformed our patios — they look stylish, modern, and perfectly integrated with the houses. My mum and I can now enjoy beautifully dry, sheltered outdoor spaces year-round, whether for dining or relaxing. I’m soon having a jacuzzi installed beneath mine and couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out.

I’d been looking for a canopy for a while for a side access path, Canopy World were both local and the curved style that I was after. They provided a quick turnaround and delivery and installation by their team was excellent. I’m very pleased with the canopy and fitting. It’s rained heavily a few times now no leaks or issues.

The canopy has been installed in my garden over a year now. My dogs and I have been spending loads of time sitting under the canopy even though it is raining. Very well made and professionally installed, no issue even after storm or heavy rain. I am very pleased with the service and the product.
