I purchased some beautiful tiles, but unfortunately there was a colour inconsistency from the manufacturer that only became apparent after some had already been laid. As they were central to the overall bathroom design, this was quite concerning.

However, after speaking with Becca, the issue was handled exceptionally well and a great resolution was reached. I really appreciated the support and professionalism throughout the process.

I would happily use them again in the future.

I had some issues with some Ca'Pietra tiles that were broken on delivery, which I had ordered through European Heritage.

Ca'Pietra refused to accept that they were responsible for the breakages, despite them arranging the shipping, and they would not replace them without being paid again.

In the end, European Heritage agreed to fully pay for the replacements themselves even though it left them out of pocket.

I'll never purchase Ca'Pietra tiles again.

I stumbled across Ca‘ Pietra whilst undergoing a home renovation and we have ended up using them across our kitchen and utility extension, outdoor paving and bathroom. Their tiles are beautiful, high quality products and I received expert advice on tiles for all of our rooms / areas from Alison Conti. Nothing was too much trouble, thanks Alison! Delivery was also speedy. Would highly recommend this brand to anyone in a heartbeat!

Alison's service is first class. She certainly went above and beyond in locating some discontinued tiles for me from 2 separate sources. This will enable me to complete a job for a very relieved customer!

The order was cancelled following acceptance of full payment for a consumer sale, a post-contract change to delivery timing, and the introduction of a VAT-number requirement that does not apply to private consumers and was not disclosed prior to payment. Very poor experience.

I have purchased from Ca Pietra a few times and always been a positive experience. The quality of the tiles and customer service are both excellent. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful tiles however it’s been one error after another from them.
The wrong tiles were sent. A collection and re delivery was arranged on a day to work for me, which they agreed however they delivered on a different day. They then refunded me in error. I didn’t hear anything for weeks and then two days before Christmas they request payment for the refund. No apologies along the way, no discount to mitigate their errors. Clearly their admin team and dispatch team are not up to much. I won’t buy from them again. I was willing to pay an expensive price thinking I would get quality and service, but this was not the case.

A brilliant company with beautiful products and they go the extra mile. I was lucky enough to deal with Becca who was very professional and dealt with all my queries very quickly. Thanks Ca Pietra!

Everyone knows finding the perfect tile is a challenge, and then you agonise over your choice because it’s so permanent. We found a tile we really liked, ordered a sample, was happy with it; then, I went to order it a few days later, and in the meantime, it had been discontinued and I was told that it wouldn’t be available again. Why bother sending out samples for something that is imminently going out of stock, and has ceased production?

From Ca Pietra Artisan Devizes showroom( Jenna M excellent service) to Melksham warehouse via accounts great service and 3 pieces of heritage laycock to to replace two cracked pieces in our kitchen . A small order but great service and support. Thank you

Ca'Pietra has a fabulous array of stone flooring, stunning marble and tiles. The showroom in Devizes is airy and light, perfectly showcasing the beauty of the stone, especially the flooring. Jenna, the Showroom Manager, is amazing and incredibly passionate and knowledgable. The customer service and aftercare is second to none and nothing is too much trouble!

From help in the showroom to dealing with the customer service team, the advice and help has been fantastic. Unfortunately, a significant number of our floor tiles were cracked on arrival and they were replaced without any issue at all and incredibly quickly too.

Whichever Member of the Ca'Pietra team you get on the phone, you always know your in safe hands. Becca was super helpfully dealing with my enquiry today, and no matter what the issue is she will always goes the extra mile to help out. Great customer service!
