Very disappointed
Very disappointed — did not receive my IP order and support is unresponsive
I placed an order for an IP from CapiHost about 12 days ago, and I still haven’t received it. I have opened multiple support tickets with Orders, Technical Support, and Billing, but I’ve gotten no helpful response or resolution so far.
At this point I feel ignored and frustrated, as I’m paying for a service I haven’t received. Communication has been extremely slow or nonexistent, and there’s been no clear update on when (or if) my order will be fulfilled.
I expected much better customer support and transparency from a paid provider. Definitely not recommended until they improve their support and delivery process.
