The repair man arrived on time was quick to detect the problem. He was very polite and did a great job and cleaned up. From this service call ( washer needed new pump) I would recommend this company. This was our first time with Capital appliance and are quite pleased.

Pavlo, the service technician, was particularly personable and reliable. He showed up on time (on both visits), clearly explained the issue with the refrigerator and what options were available. His repair efforts were neat, orderly, and effective. Very pleased

Needed a quick repair on a dishwasher. Technician arrived when they said he would and he was very pleasant and professional. Repair was completed and dishwasher works like a charm, highly recommend this company for appliance repairs. Will be using them again.

The repair man came to fix our dishwasher. Did it quickly and efficiently and then also gave us some excellent tips on how to keep it running well and avoid further clogging issues. Highly rececommend this company.

Very pleasant technician, came in the allotted time frame (which from my experience is definitely not always the case) and explained everything very openly about my washing machine. Said that nothing was wrong with the machine but gave me a few suggestions to not overload it anymore. Just took the service fee for payment and nothing more. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service for Fridge repair
When our fridge/freezer broke down and wasn’t cooling any more I called several appliance repair firms in the evening. Capital Appliance called back right away (I am still waiting for other firms to call back). Sergei came the next morning, as scheduled, diagnosed the problem, came back with the part by noon and fixed the fridge/freezer. Bravo to a job well done.

We had a number of unexpected things that surfaced in the repair of my wall oven requiring additional work including trips and exchange in parts that were ordered however the final price was as provided on the estimate. I left a message after business had closed the night of a power outage, and received a call back by 8:15 the next morning. A very friendly repair man was at my place by one that day. He found two bad parts in the fridge, and gave an estimate for repairing everything same day.
In the end we chose to buy a new fridge rather than repair this one, and he gave us recommendations on which brands were more reliable. He also walked through our kitchen giving us tips on our other appliances, and unhooked the water from our fridge so we could have it taken away. The whole experience cost less than $80. We will definitely call them for any future repairs.

I went with Capital Appliance Repair because of their good ratings and what a good choice that was! The Technician showed up on time and knew what he was doing. It was a defrost thermostat that needed to be replaced and he explained everything to me. He did not leave until the fridge temperature was satisfactory, knowing it was going in the right direction (getting cold). He was also very tidy!
