I had a really stressful situation after losing my key, especially as it was after hours, but Cap Security were absolutely brilliant. They responded very quickly and got to me as soon as they could, which was a huge relief.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly reassuring. I was quite frustrated and stressed, but they handled everything calmly and even managed to lighten the mood with a bit of humour, which genuinely helped.

They sorted the issue efficiently and the price was very reasonable, especially considering it was outside normal hours. Overall, a fantastic service when I really needed it most. I’d definitely recommend Cap Security to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive locksmith.

My wife was home when the lads visited both times. She couldn't talk highly enough about the quality of the work carried out. The upgraded locks work perfectly and the Juliet Balcony doors are now sitting square and are waterproof.

A quick response to our telephone call. We were kept well informed about the time of the team's arrival. We were given a fair quotation at a good price before the work was carried out. Problems with three external and one internal door lock were quickly and efficiently carried out and the security improved. The team was pleasant, friendly, positive and professional.
