Initial email enquiry to the office dealt with efficiently. Was told someone from sales would contact me. No contact for nearly a month by which time I'd gone with another supplier. Now receiving emails to review service so I can get a free clean and service on solar panels I don't have from them!! Also the email in question was sent on 4th November for the special cleaning and service offer that finished at the end of October?

Thank you for your latest response. As I indicated I received a voice message from your sales representative after nearly a month after my initial enquiry, but as I had already found a alternative supplier during that time there was little point in replying.

An excellent experience from quotation to final fitting. We knew we had a difficult installtion challenge and the team rose to it. I would definitely recommend Caplor to friends.

The whole process was very professional - the workmen were all polite, clean and tidy. Throughout, I never felt uncomfortable about their ability to complete the installation successfully. I would have preferred a more interactive approach to selecting the options at the design stage, but COVID got in the way there. We had problems with the electrical installation by a subcontractor but Caplor remedied the issues efficiently and without question.

Coming up to 10th year since my installation of 4kw system from Caplor Energy. Has consistently produced 4,000kw of energy per year. Very pleased with Caplor the system has exceeded my expectations.

From the beginning Caplor Energy have been brilliant. The system was installed within a few weeks of agreeing the spec. Despite poor weather the installation took exactly the time stated. The team were very good and very nice to have around for the few days. Everything was left tidy and clean and it works! Kyle was first rate and the scaffolder was also a delightful and efficient.

My experience of Caplor is exceptional, they installed the PV panels in two days working perfectly and I thought they had damaged the roof as I had a leak. The roofing guy came back to check and found some moss was blocking the valley he removed it and said it was no trouble great service. We then had an Air source heat pump installed, three days working perfectly, thank you Ben and the Lady plumber whose name escapes me (sorry). Always an excellent Service. thanks

Just had a Daikin ASHP installed. Excellent service from survey to final paperwork. Also had PVs installed 10 years ago. Would use Caplor again and am recommending them to my daughter for a large residential heat pump installation.

Rang four times over the course of a month still waiting of an engineer to call back

My review is based on having had my Caplor installed solar panels up and running on my roof for six years. I have to say that the panels have been faultless, trouble free and totally reassuring. I can recommend Caplor as installers that offer excellent advice, support and a high quality installation service.
