I thoroughly recommend Caplor Energy! We've had our photovoltaic system since 2013 and it has never let us down. I work in the HEVAC sector as a proofreader of technical manual translations so was particularly interested in the whole process from the first moment to the last of installation. I was impressed with how enthusiastic the installers were with their work and their belief in the importance of renewables. They were very helpful and pleased to answer my questions and discuss photovoltaics and solar thermal to help me understand better. The products they supplied were of excellent quality and they did a perfect installation job on our system, which is still going strong!
I would use them again most definitely!

Our installation process was several years ago now, but Caplor have remained proactive vis a vis servicing and generally very helpful with any ongoing issues (can't think of any off the top of my head) or questions. We have also explored other projects where their input has been helpful

We bought our solar panels from Caplor. It's been a trouble free experience, apart from the failure of one of the inverters (happens). This occurred within the guarantee period, and Caplor sorted the issue for us without problems

My PV panels were installed nearly 10 years ago now in July 2011.

I was advised at the initial visit that Caplor did not think it would be an “economical” instillation - which they defined as repayment of capital in five years.

However I had a very small pension pot to invest, which as a annuity would have given me £63/year.

So I went ahead and the installation and everything concerned with them was excellent. I’ve always received helpful and truthful advice from them over the years and benefitted from services and cleans.

And I am receiving about £500 a year. So to me they are very economical.

I can’t recommend them enough!

The company completed the work on time and with minimal fuss. They were very a highly competent, friendly and pleasant team. Dealt with some snagging issues very promptly. We are ecstatic with our new heating system that was retrofitted into a 1970s home. It is now cosy, environmentally-friendly and much cheaper to run. We are very very happy

This is a brilliant local company that carries out work nationally. Workmanship is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful. They have installed ASHPs for me, replaced failed inverter and generation meter on my PV system and serviced my solar thermal systems. Today I e-mailed a query about the set up of my solar heated hot water tank and got a response within an hour. 6 stars in my book!

I am self building and this is the first company that completed everything they said they would do and on time. All of the staff that I have come into contact with have kept me up to speed at all stages as they progress.

Really happy with our new solar panels! We were able to review the quote on the phone and switch out the panels to a price we could afford. Very helpful on phone and email although there were some admin issues that could be improved. Really efficient and friendly installation

We had solar POV panels installed on our bungalow.
The quote was very competitive, every thing went as discussed, the operative was efficient and extremely helpful. We are delighted with the result, everything was explained in detail and we would have no hesitation in recommending Caplor.

Fantastic advice and excellent service throughout the installation process from Caplor. The initial figures show we will recoup our costs in just over three years which is excellent news and it will help our business achieve our aims to tread as lightly as possible on the environment around us.

I was contacted via email re a service and clean so I rang for a quote and was told it would be emailed back to me. 10 days later I rang again as I hadn't received it and was told that it was X who was dealing with it and he would pass the message on to the person and get it resolved. To date I have had no personal reply but still keep getting emails asking me to book a service and clean.
